Yes — AI assistants can make mistakes. Ask Wakefield is designed to direct you to official sources for anything time-sensitive or legally important (collection dates, planning applications, school admissions deadlines). Always verify critical information with the relevant official source before acting on it.
Ask Wakefield does not store your conversation. Messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response and are not retained by Mediahubink after the session ends. No personal data is logged, stored in a database, or shared with third parties by this demonstration tool. Each session starts fresh.
Your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API under Anthropic's privacy policy and terms of service. Mediahubink does not have access to stored conversation logs from this demo. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as your National Insurance number, bank details, or passwords) in any AI chat tool.

Yes. All client agents are built with GDPR compliance in mind. Where agents capture personal data (name, email, phone), a Data Processing Agreement is in place between Mediahubink and the client. Data is held securely, used only for the stated purpose, and never sold or shared with third parties. Mediahubink is registered as a data processor and can provide full documentation on request.
